Our 2016 SypSyrah port-style wine made from our Syrah grapes. In the US we can no longer call a wine made in the US “Port“, so we have to call it a dessert wine or port-style wine. This means we have fortified the fermenting grapes with a high proof alcohol.
This wine is not too sweet and pairs well with chocolate! Try it with Blue Cheese for a wonderful taste experience.
